Workout Wednesday

This is day 1 of the Ab Challenge. I did it and it was easy because it's only the first day.  I know it's going to get harder.  Today my workout was

The Ab Challenge


30 minutes on the elliptical machine


triceps exercise from Liftingrevolution


40 push ups

But tomorrow, since the Ab challenge is easy for me the first week, I am going to add 




at least until the Ab Challenge get hard for me.
