There's a 7 day challenge that I'm doing from skinnyms.com and it is really kicking my butt. I didn't try the other exercise on this site yet because I want to do the Four Weeks Training Plan I posted below first.  But I am definitely coming back to Skinny Ms.  Anyway, here's the 7 day butt challenge if you want to try it.

This is the Fitness plan I got from muscleandfitnesshers.com. I'm starting it on Monday.  As I said before, I want to try this plan first but I'm definitely going to go back and forth with these two sites. Lots of helpful information on both sites.
