Workout Wednesday
Ok, it's the day after Valentine's Day and I've been eating until I was stuffed for too long; during the Holiday season, birthdays, and yesterday. But now I'm ready to get serious about my Fat! I'm going to start with these two workouts until the end of the month and then add Yoga, Weights and maybe running (I don't like running, so that's why I say, MAYBE).
