NYC Townhouse

Isn't this townhouse AMAZING?  It has everything; great view, great size, a deck, a garden, a roof deck... and it's modern and clean, just like I like it (except I would change the kitchen cabinets).  Even the front entrance is beautiful.  Too bad it's over my budget. Check it out on StreetEasy.
